Google Calendar

Once Google Calendar is connected, BrightMind sees the events on your day and plans around them when it suggests times, maps out your week, or sets reminders. Events are context rather than hard walls: if something you ask for overlaps what’s already there, BrightMind points the clash out and still does what you asked, so you stay the one deciding. You can also ask it to create, move, or delete events directly from a conversation.

Open the app, go to Settings → Calendar, and tap Connect Google Calendar. Sign in with the Google account you want to use and grant BrightMind access to your calendar. You’re connected as soon as the sign-in completes.

BrightMind supports more than one Google account on the same login. You might connect Personal and Work side by side, give each a label, and turn either one on or off without disconnecting it.

When you ask the assistant about your day, it checks all enabled accounts at once. If you mention a specific account by name (“my work calendar”, “Personal”), it routes to that one; otherwise it queries everything in a single step.

• Show what’s on your day or week, across every connected account.
• Find open slots (e.g. “when am I free this afternoon?”).
• Create new events, with location, attendees, and reminders.
• Move or update existing events, including recurring ones.
• Cancel events and respond to invitations.

Anything destructive (delete, mass-update) goes through a confirmation step in the conversation before it touches your calendar.

BrightMind requests Google’s calendar scope so it can read and write events on the accounts you connect. We don’t use the data for ads, we don’t sell it, and no human at BrightMind reads your calendar content except for support or abuse investigation.
