Free vs Plus

The short version: Free is the full text experience. Plus adds voice calls and raises the usage ceilings.

What Free includes

BrightMind Free is a complete text-based coach, not a trial. Your assistant, your tasks, your calendar and your memory all work the same on both plans:

  • Text chat with your BrightMind assistant.
  • Task management with Todoist or TickTick.
  • Google Calendar planning and event creation.
  • Reminders and overdue-item triage.
  • Long-term memory and all coaching modes: Wind Down, Organization, Reflection, Habits.

Free comes with a message allowance for each week. It resets on Monday, so you can pick right back up at no cost.

What Plus adds

Plus opens up voice and lifts the ceilings so you can lean on BrightMind without running into a limit:

  • Voice calls, including calls you schedule and recurring calls where BrightMind rings you.
  • More messages, effectively unlimited.
  • Longer maximum length for a single call.
  • More transcriptions and a longer cap per conversation.

We keep the exact numbers out of these docs on purpose, they get tuned as the product evolves. The principle is what matters: Free to think it through, Plus to talk it through.

If you hit a limit on Free

Message allowances reset every week, so waiting costs you nothing. Voice works differently: it is a Plus capability rather than a weekly quota, so it opens when you upgrade rather than when the week rolls over. If you start a call on Free, BrightMind picks up and tells you as much instead of leaving you guessing.
